Responsibilities

As a Recruiter, you are the key element that connects job-seekers with companies looking to hire the right talent. You are a specialist building lasting relationships and driving candidate engagement throughout the entire placement process.

  • Requirement gathering, understanding Technical requirements given by various clients for their positions.
  • Sourcing candidates using different sources like job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc), social network (LinkedIn.com, Facebook) and references.
  • Screening the candidates with the respective skills and experience.
  • Scheduling and follow up, throughout the interview process, once a candidate is shortlisted.
  • Negotiate and close the candidate with offer.
  • Pre and post offer follow up with the candidate.
  • Create good network in the market and maintaining, updating the efficient database in Excel.
  • Good working knowledge on MS-OFFICE.

Qualification

  • Graduate / Post graduate in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field
  • Excellent Communications Skills
